All our caulks, pastes and compounds are formulated, manufactured and tested ‘in-house’ to create a fast and efficient turn around and to ensure a high quality product for our customers.
General description
Conductive elastomer and form in place compounds are available to purchase and process yourself. Furthermore, with our expertise and in-house compounding facility, we can aim to provide any specification of paste that you may require. This also means our customers get the longest possible shelf life for the products resulting in less waste.
Supershield – Conductive Elastomer Compounds:
Supershield conductive elastomer compounds are available in a range of harnesses’ and with 3 different catalysts to suit your requirements. The catalysts available are:
Dicup: 154-177°C (310-360°F)
TS-50 (DCBP-50): 104-132°C (220-270°F)
DBPH-50: 166-182°C (330-360°F)

CEC-SA001 Silver plated aluminium filled silicone

CEC-FSC001 Silver plated copper filled fluorosilicone
CEC-N001 Nickel filled silicone
CEC-FN001 Nickel filled fluorosilicone

Our conductive elastomer compounds are available by the Kg and can be supplied in sheets, blocks, logs or any other form you require.

Acushield – Form in Place Compounds
Our Conductive and non-conductive pastes and compounds that we use in our form in place application process are also available straight from the can. We can provide various shapes and sizes of cartridge to suit our customers needs and machines, such as 310cc, 170cc, 55cc, 30cc, 10cc and 4cc cartridges.
CEP-SA001 Silver plated aluminium filled silicone (good galvanic compatibility with aluminium alloy components)
CEP-SA001(Black) Silver plated aluminium filled silicone (good galvanic compatibility with aluminium alloy components pigmented black)
CEP-SA002 Silver plated aluminium filled silicone (higher performance silicone RTV base than SA-001)
CEP-SC001 Silver plated copper filled silicone (high temperature resistant version)
CEP-SC002 Silver plated copper filled silicone (low force deflection version suitable for thin wall mouldings)
CEP-SN001 Silver plated nickel filled silicone (good long-term stability / high temperature performance)
CEP-SN002 Silver plated nickel filled silicone (higher performance silicone RTV base than SN-001)
CEP-NC001 Nickel coated graphite filled silicone (good electrical performance – particularly on surfaces with high contact resistance e.g. stainless steel, die cast zinc)
Our Conductive and non-conductive form in place pastes, caulks and adhesive compounds are available in most common container sizes such as 310cc, 170cc, 55cc, 30cc, 10cc and 4cc cartridges.
